Installation README


This package installs an updated version of the IBM RecordNow!
software that comes preinstalled in your IBM system. This update
requires approximately 220MB of space on your hard disk (drive C).

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the installation.

Downloading the update
----------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
   the downloaded file.


Installing the update
---------------------
1.  Click Start, select Find or Search, then click Files or Folders.
2.  Type rn7321u.exe in the search field, then click Find Now.
    This will locate the file you just downloaded.
3.  Double-click the rn7321u.exe icon.
6.  Reboot your system when done.


Application Notes
-----------------
- This update will only install if a previous version of RecordNow
is present.
- The install has no prompts once the installer is run
- This version of RecordNow supports Windows 98SE, Windows 2000,
  and Windows XP.
- This update provides support for some additional drives
- This update provides recording support for DVD-R Dl media
- This version is identical to 7.32 build 08d except that the 
packaging returns a unique code on successful install
