What This Package Does
----------------------
This package provides the Modem Ring program for Windows Me users for
the following ThinkPad computers:
   - ThinkPad 390X
   - ThinkPad i Series 1781

(Note:)
This program is only for Windows Me. How to check if your system has
been installed with Windows Me or another Operating Systems such as 
Windows 98 or Windows 95 is:
 1. Start Windows.
 2. lick Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel.
 3. Double-click the System icon.
 4. You can see the General information at System Properties.
    System:
       Microsoft Windows Me 
       4.90.3000.
    or you can see the Windows Me logo screen when the system boots up.

To determine if you should update the Modem Ring program, refer to 
the "Summary of Changes" section.

To update the Modem Ring program, refer to the "Installation Instructions" 
section.

Installation Instructions
-------------------------
  1. Start Windows Me.
  2. Extract this Package to the hard disk drive.
  3. Click Start, then click Run.
  4. Type c:\drivers\w9x\mring\setup and click OK.
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  6. If you see the following message, click OK.
       The file huanobby.exewas not found. Windows needs the disk
        labeled huanobby to continue. This disk may be provided by
        your computer or device manufacturer.
  7. Click Yes to restart your computer in order to take effect the new
     settings.
