Start Windows 2000 and log on with the user ID authorized as an administrator. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start, then clck Run. 4. Type in C:\DRIVERS\W2K\MODEM\LTSETUP.EXE in the Open box and click the OK button. 5. Follow the instructions on the screen. 6. Restart the system for the driver to be effective. UNATTENDED INSTALLATION: If you prefer unattended installation, use LTSETUP.EXE -S command at step 4. Determining which version is installed -------------------------------------- 1. Start Windows 2000. 2. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 3. Double click the System icon. 4. Click the Hardware tab at the top of the System Properties window. 5. Click the Device Manager button. 6. Expand the Modem section. 7. Select Lucent Technologies Soft Modem AMR. 8. Right click Lucent Technologies Soft Modem AMR and select Properties. 9.
