What This Packages Does
-----------------------
This package provides the Modem driver for OS/2 users.

The following ThinkPad models are supported.
 - ThinkPad 600X   (with Internal Modem)

To update the Modem driver, refer to the "Installation Guide" section.

Installation Guide
------------------
 1. Start OS/2.
 2. Insert the Modem Driver diskette into the diskette drive.
 3. Open an OS/2 WINDOW or OS/2 FULL SCREEN command prompt.
 4. Type "A:" and press enter.
 5. Type "LTINST.CMD" and press Enter.
 6. Reboot the system for the drivers to be effective.


HOW TO DETERMINE WHAT VERSION IS INSTALLED
------------------------------------------
 1. Start OS/2 Warp4
 2. Open 'HyperAccessLite' or some terminal software.
 3. Type 'ATI' in the Terminal window.
 4. Check the information displayed.

If there is an alphabet letters in the version number,
Please check the date stamp of each file which version
is installed.
