Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 4. Double-click the System icon. 5. Click Device Manager tab. 6. Double-click the Other device. 7. Click PCI Ethernet Controller, then click Remove. 8. Click OK. 9. Click Yes to restart system. After restart, Add New Hardware Wizard runs. 10. Click Next, then click Next again. 11. Check off Specify a location and type in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\LAN, then click Next. 12. Follow the instructions on the screen. 13. Click Finish. 14. Click Yes to restart system. UPGRADE INSTALL Windows 95 only 1. Start Windows 95. 2. Extract this package onto the hard disk drive. 3. Click Start, select Settings, then click Control Panel. 4. Double-click the System icon. 5. Click Device Manager tab. 6. Double-click Network Adapters device. 7. Click Intel(R) PRO/100+ MiniPCI, then click Properties. 8. Click the Driver tab, then click Update Driver. Update Device Driver Wizard runs. 9. Click No, select driver from list, and click Next. 10. Click Have Disk. 11. Type in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\LAN and click OK. 12. Click Intel(R) PRO/100+ MiniPCI, then click OK. 13. Follow the instructions on the screen. If Intel(R) PRO/100+ MiniPCI Has a ROM window appeared, click Test. 14. After finished installation, close all windows, and restart the computer. UPGRADE INSTALL Windows 98 Standard users only 1. Select and right-click Intel PCI Ethernet Adapter, then click Properties. 8. Click Driver tab. 9. Click Update Driver. 10. Click Next, then click Next again. 11. Select Specify a location, then click Next. 12. Type in C:\DRIVERS\WIN\LAN in command line, then click OK. 13. Click Next. 14. Click Yes. 15. Click Finished. 16.
