What This Package Does
-----------------------

This Package provides the audio driver for OS/2 Warp4 users.
The Audio Features Package enables the audio function of the following
ThinkPad computers:

     - ThinkPad T30

To install the audio driver, refer to the "Installation instructions"
section.

Installation instructions
-------------------------

 1. Download and extract the package to diskette.
 2. Insert the Audio Driver diskette into the diskette drive.
 3. Open a OS/2 Window and type "MINSTALL" and press Enter to run the
    Multimedia Application Install program.
 4. At the IBM Multimedia Presentation Manager/2 - Installation dialog
    window, change the source directory to "A:\".
 5. When the SoundMax Integrated Digital Wave Audio device appears,
    select it, then click the Install button.
 6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
 7. After the installation is complete, shut down OS/2, and restart
    the computer.

NOTE: To remove audio driver, select zero devices when prompted for
the number of devices to install.  Selectable choices are 0 and 1.
