What This Package Does ----------------------- The following ThinkPad computers are supported: - ThinkPad R51e - ThinkPad Z60m, Z60t If you use the preload environment, you do not need this package. This package is required when you install Windows OS without the preload image. To determine if you should update this driver, refer to the Summary of Changes section. Windows XP: 1. Extract this package to your hard drive. 2. Right-click the desktop and select Properties from the pop up menu to open Display Properties. 3. Select the Settings tab. 4. Click the Advanced button. 5. Select the Monitor tab. 6. Select Plug and Play Monitor and click the Properties button. 7. Select the Driver tab and click the Update Driver button, the Hardware Update wizard starts. 8. Select No, not this time as you do not use Windows Update and click the Next button. 9. Select Install from a list or specific location (Advanced) and click the Next button. 10. Select Don't search, I will chose the driver to install and click the Next button. 11. Click the Have Disk button. 12. Click the Browse button. 13. Change the disk directory to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\MONITOR, then click Next. 14. Select TPLCD.INF, click Open, then click OK. 15.
