Specify the location where the file IBMTPLCD.INF is located. and then click OK. 9. Select IBMTPLCD.INF. 10. Select one panel in the list you are using now. 11. Click "Apply". Windows Me does not have unattended installation function because it is consumer OS. Windows 98/98 SE: 1. Click right button on desktop to open Display Properties tab 2. Select Settings tab 3. Click on Advanced. 4. Select Monitor tab and Change. 5. Click on Have Disk... 6. Specify the directory where ibmtplcd.inf file exist and then OK. 7. Select ibmtplcd.inf and then OK. 8. Select one panel in the list you are using now 9.
