Matrox G200D Video Adapter FLASH Utility -Ver. 16.15.6            03/17/00
     (Contains video BIOS V1.6 R0.15 and PINS data for 16/32Mbit memory)

  This FLASH combines FLASH updates V16.15.4 and V16.15.5.  This FLASH
  update must only be used on the Matrox Millennium G200-D 16Mbit or 32Mbit
  video adapters. To use this FLASH update utility on the Matrox G200-D
  16/32Mbit video adapter,  follow the directions below:

  1.  Place the diskette in drive A and boot from it.  Note, make sure
      the diskette is not write-protected.
        NOTE:  Your system must be set to boot to floppy first.

  2.  Turn your system on.

  3.  Follow the on-screen instructions until the update is complete.

  4.  Reboot the system with either Ctrl+Alt+Del or by powering off, then
      back on.

  NOTE:  Do not attempt to run this FLASH utlity from a DOS prompt under
         either Windows 95 or NT.  It will not work.

  PRESS ANY KEY TO PROCEED WITH THE FLASH UPDATE.
