Downloading the file
--------------------

1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.

2. When prompted, save the downloaded file to your
   C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND folder.





Editing your config.sys and autoexec.bat files

1. Click Start -> Run.

2. Type MSCONFIG.

3. Click OK.

4. Click the Config.sys tab.

5. Click the New button.

6. Type DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\VIDE-CDD.SYS /D:IBMCD001.

7. Press Enter.

8. Click the Autoexec.bat tab.

9. Click the New button.

10. Type C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND\MSCDEX /D:IBMCD001 /M:4 /V /L:G.

11. Click OK.

12. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.



Note: The /L:G switch sets the CD-ROM drive to drive letter G:.
