SiS 630/540(R) Integrated Audio 7018 Drivers version 1.02.08
README

This package installs an update to the Microsoft(R) Windows(R)
NT 4.0 device driver for the SiS 540/630 audio system that comes 
preinstalled in your IBM computer. This update requires
approximately 0.5 MB of space on your hard disk (drive C).

This update package is intended for IBM machine types
2193-xx, 2194-xx, 2196-xx, and 2197-xx, that come with a
preinstalled SiS 540/630(R) audio system.

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the 
installation.  


Installing the update
---------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page. 
2. Select Start -> Find -> Files and folders. 
3. Type qr3z00us.exe in the search box. 
4. Click Find Now. This will locate the qr3z00us.exe file you just
   downloaded.
5. Double-click the icon for qr3z00us.exe. The default folder 
   setting should remain C:\IBMTOOLS\DRIVERS\QR3Z00US.
6. Select Start -> Settings -> Control Panel.
7. Double-click on the Multimedia icon
8. Select the Devices tab. 
9. Select the Add button.
10. Select Unlisted or Updated Driver from the list box.
11. Click OK. You will now be prompted to insert or locate the 
    vendor-provided driver disk.
12. Enter C:\IBMTOOLS\Drivers\QR3Z00US. A dialog box titled Add 
    Unlisted or Updated Driver will appear.
13. Make sure the sound card driver is selected, then click OK.
    Once the drivers have been copied to your system, you will 
    be prompted to reboot.
14. Click Yes to reboot.
