Installation instructions
-------------------------
 1. Start Windows 2000 or XP and logon with administrative privileges.
 2. Copy the Setup executable to the hard drive.
 3. Change to the directory it was downloaded to and execute SETUP.EXE.
 4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.


Uninstall instructions
----------------------
 1. Start Windows 2000 or XP and logon with administrative privileges.
 2. Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
 3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
 4. Select Access IBM Message Center
 5. Click Change/Remove.
