Single Source Audio/Video Cable with Loopback-MC   thx to Evan Foss

DB26 with three RCA sockets together, a VGA [?] HDD-15 male connector, and two RCA sockets together.

New Media used Red or Black RCAs for both video and audio, messy. RCA-R and RCA-B pattern is changed when the AUDIO_IN connectors start.

NMG seems to have used 88" of Belden 9221-010 75 ohm mini-coax, there are 11 RCA jacks, so 8" long conductor to each plug.

To me, mini-coax is overkill for audio. Looks like all grounds are brought out and then folded back over the center conductors, then a ferrule is crimped over the exposed grounds. Then the metalized hood is fastened over the ferrule.

The schematic shows the grounds connecting to DB26 pins. I'd rather put crimp-on pins onto the ground wires and connect to the DB26. A similar scheme was used on the Future Domain MCS-600, where all grounds were tied to one pin. More noise.

All Ground wires shall be tied to shield
Wires are grouped thusly:

A: VIDEO_IN_1, VIDEO_IN_2, VIDEO_IN_3

B: AUDIO_1_IN_R, AUDIO_1_IN_L
C: AUDIO_2_IN_R, AUDIO_2_IN_L

D: AUDIO_3_IN_R, AUDIO_3_IN_L

E: GRED, GGRN, GBLU [VGA]
F: AUDIO_OUT_R, AUDIO_OUT_L
