This is the NCR PQS ver 4.16 monolithic driver.

Changes in 4.16 since version 4.15:
 - On detection of on-board RAM parity errors, the PQS board 
   will now be taken off-line.
 - changed last parameter in HalGetBusData to 
   PCI_COMMON_HDR_LENGTH.
 - Changes to handling of Synchronous Negotiation.

Changes in 4.15 since version 4.14:
 - Changed the handling of SCSI passthru IOCTLs

Changes in 4.14 since version 4.13:
 - SRBs which return QUEUE FULL status will be retried after a
   delay of 2 seconds.
 - Default value for the MaximumLunsPerPun registry variable for 
   SYMBIOS devices is set to 32 ( increased from 16 )
 - Removed BUILD warnings and error

Changes in 4.13 since version 4.12:
 - Bus reset detected messages in Event viewer(Event ID 190) can 
   be suppressed by setting the DWORD SuppressBusResetMessage 
   in registry to 1. 

There are two changes in 4.12 since version 4.11:
 - Synchronous Negotiation can be turned off using the Registry
 - An IOCTL call has been added to work with Microsoft Cluster
   software to perform SCSI Bus Resets.

There are two changes in 4.11 since version 4.10:
 - bug fix for ARCServe tape backup software problem getting a 
   "backup failed" message.                         
 - added Symbios 876 chip support
It has several enhancements since version 4.0:
 - Higher performance and less CPU utilization
 - Descriptive error messages in the Event Viewer
 - Improved error handling under high I/O loads
 - 16 LUN per PUN support for SCSI-3 devices (increased from 8)
 - Optional user configuration via the Registry (LUN queue depth,
   disconnects, synchronous period/offset, LUNs per PUN)

To install or update the NCR PQS driver:
 1) In a temporary directory or a diskette, 
    unzip the NCR PQS driver archive file.
 2) Start the ControlPanel/SCSIAdapters applet.
 3) From the Drivers tab, click the Add button.
 4) Click the Have Disk button, and enter the path where the
    new NCR PQS files reside.
