How to use the Flash BIOS disk The flash BIOS disk for the G520/30, G620/30 and G720/30 is a "Crisis Recovery Disk." It basically has two functions: Function One, Crisis Recovery. If for some reason your system BIOS becomes corrupt, or is flashed with the wrong system BIOS, it may be possible to recover using the Crisis Recovery Disk. If this happens power cycle the machine and boot from the Crisis Recovery disk in your boot drive. Function Two, Flashing a BIOS Boot the system from a bootable DOS floppy. Place the Crisis Recovery disk in the a: drive. Type "flash" at the a:> prompt then press return.
