NOTE:  There are two different main boards for the 3234 - Check for the silkscreened number on the board - it is located in the corner that the monitor plugs into.

The first board produced is the MX841 --- REQUIRES 3234P09.EXE
The later board is the MX842 --- REQUIRES 3234RP09.EXE 

To create a FLASH diskette

Copy  the   3234P09.EXE    file to a TEMP directory on your Hard Drive  then execute the file.
 Copy all the files except the 3234P09.exe to a DOS or WIN 95 bootable diskette.  Boot
 using this diskette.  Do not remove the diskette until it finishes FLASHing the BIOS. 

Press F1 to go to SETUP.  Verify that the BIOS Version is   .P09  Press F9 to 
RESET DEFAULTS then press F10 to save changes.  Reboot the PC and re-enter
SETUP if any customers changes need to be made.
