To create a FLASH diskette

Copy the 3216P05.EXE file to a TEMP directory on your Hard Drive then execute the file. 
It will prompt you to insert a formatted floppy disk, insert and press enter. Boot 
using this diskette. Do not remove the diskette until it finishes FLASHing the BIOS. 

Press F1 to go to SETUP. Verify that the BIOS Version is .P05 Press F9 to 
RESET DEFAULTS then press F10 to save changes. Reboot the PC and re-enter 
SETUP if any customers changes need to be made.
