The only form of the PVM drop command that I could find that worked is
 
       SM PVM DROP USER AIXPVM02 *0001480.
 
The last two words came from a SM PVM Q APPL L003C command that showed
 
AIXPVM02 GODWIN *0001480 Device 5A6DEAE8 3278 Model 2 HC is in session at
                                                                  ALMVMD
 
I couldn't get any combination of DROP GRAF to work.

The secondary node definition is the ninth thing out there, so to
specify it on the command line, put in 7 astericks, like so
    PVM SJEVMT  * * * * * * * SJEVM5
or  PVM RETAIN2 * * * * * * * STLVM10

This is what I did to get to a European node (MAZVM02) one day,
    LOGON to an ALMVMD userid,
    PVM CCDN
    =EUV
    PF9   gets you to a menu of countries
    D-MAZ
    MAZVM02  got me their menu
