PASSTO, PASSTORT, and NOTEAPAR PACKAGES were gotten from the IBMVM disk.
PASSTO needs to know your RETAIN password and encrypts it on your a-disk
(in LASTING GLOBALV, I think).  The encryption key I used was
 
         "nowwhat".
