We had a problem one day with print files being shipped to the NET. The problem was that the message you normally get, PRT FILE 1234 TO NET COPIES 001 NOHOLD would come out PRT FILE 1234 TO NET COPIES 001 SYSHOLD, not NOHOLD. The NET machine would then never ship the files, they would sit in his queue until you did a "CP CHANGE NET READER ALL NOSYS" and a "CP SMSG NET REORDER" The problem started after a power surge one day, and refused to go away after FORCEing and restarting the NET, and also didn't go away after another IPL. I still don't quite know what caused it, or why, but it seemed to go away after Mike did a "CP FREE NET" command. But Mike didn't quite understand it either, because it would only happen to print files shipped to the NET, not punch files.
