To GEN a new CP nucleus on the Almaden systems,

For each system,
  1)  Logon to CPTEST on that system.
  2)  NUCGEN   -- Stand back and let things happen.  What it does is,
         - Changes existing reader files to CLASS H HOLD.
         - SETUP SP2 (QUIET     -- or whatever setup name is specified
         - SPOOL PUNCH TO * NOHOLD NOCONT PURGE CLASS N DIST SP2
         - VMFBLD nodeid CP (PUNCH NOSETUP
             There's a nodeid $PPF override file on the config disk
             that uses HCPCFG CNTRL and a unique load list for each
             system, e.g. VMDLOAD EXEC, that has the text file filetypes
             already filled in, so VMFLDS does not change the ft's.
         - SPOOL PRINTER TO * NOCONT NOHOLD PURGE CLASS P DIST Load-Map
         - SPOOL READER HOLD CLASS N
         - SET MACHINE XA '15'x DEFINE STORAGE 144M '15'x IPL 00C CLEAR
  3)  After the nucleus is written, IPL CMS.
  4)  NUCGEN Tape
  5)  <Enter> at the "Using tape ...  Do you want to proceed?" prompt.
  6)  Put in reason for this change.
  7)  FILE
