It's a portmaster.  Has 10 serial ports on it (9 usable) and a network connection.

Put it in the phone room, hook up the router, the larscom, the phone switch, etc. -- whatever you want

Let me know what's plugged in where, and I'll config the port
The IP address of it is 10.224.88.222 -- called sjpm25 in DNS

Once setup you simply telnet to sjpm25 6001 for port 1, 6002 for port 2, etc.
