Since kpwvalid is in /usr/afsws/bin and not in /local, I have removed
the source code from /local/src.
Its new home is /afs/alm/ais/afsadmin/tools/kpwvalid.
I added a README file there with some explanation
along with the original files from AIXTOOLS.
