Mike installed the Trend Micro Anti-Virus Server software on digital
in November, 2003.

To install it, refer to Mike's 11/06/2003 note.

To get to the web-based Server Admin page, point a browser to
http://digital/officescan/cgi/cgiChkMasterPwd.exe

The password is global

When installing it at home, you need to change the server that your
client gets upgrades from.  To change this,

- Right-click the blue circle icon in the System Tray,
- Select "Update Now!"
- In the "Update Now Settings" window, choose from the pull-down menu
  of the "Domain name/IP address:" field, the trendmicro.com selection, 
  going away from the default of digital.delphion.com.

Carol had problems when she installed the Trend Anti-Virus client on
her sleepy machine.

The bottom line was, sleepy was never registered on the server, digital.

To get it registered, she found and ran
    C:\Programs Files\Trend Micro\OfficeScan Client\INSTREG.EXE

Richard had installed the Trend Anti-Virus from Philly, which was
trying to get to a Trend Micro Anti-Virus server named nttmmc,
which didn't resolve.

He also could not uninstall or reinstall it 'cause it asked him
for an "Uninstall password" (have you ever heard of such a thing?).
