When making changes to the IPN site,

Make the changes to/on penguin and test.  Penguin's files start in the
/arc/devel/ipn directory.

Check the changed files into CVS.

Replace your penguin test files with the official, checked-in
versions in order to get the CVS revision number, log, and time stamp.

Copy the new file(s) over to the lizard world, which starts in
/afs/d/FakeDFS/prod/ipn.

Create a change request.  Under Lotus Notes, open the Change Control
database from kangaroo/other/chgrequest.nsf.  Put in enough detail so
that Inna can test your changes. Reference a Bugzilla bug when possible.
