Delphion's Flexible Spending Account is managed by Ceridian.

To navigate this site, select the "My FSA Account:" link on the left,
put in your "LoginID:" => 571-08-3235
       and your "PIN:" => which if you've never changed it, is probably
                          the last 4 digits of your SSN, reversed, for me
                          e.g. 5323, but I've changed it to my standard pw.
