To see the sizes of the AIX 4.1 LPPs,
  Install the pkg_gd fileset and type in info -l lp_info.

You will get package information, disk space sizes, requisite software, and
notes for installation/migration on the various filesets.

To install the AIX 4 man pages, at a minimum, you need to install the 
bos.html.en_US.cmds.hypertext fileset from the AIX Base Documentation CD,
which comes on a separate CD than the set of 4 AIX Install CDs.

There are other *html.en_US* filesets on that CD as well, that you may
want to install.  As of 12-17-2004, I have all those filesets copied off
into the /afs/d/software/base/AIX.4.3.3 directory
