IBM-DOS V-7.0 -G- ERROR Messages

 General failure 
    Cause:    COMMANDS.  A disk or device error has occurred.  Common causes of this error are:
     o Diskette type and drive type do not match (for example, a 1.2MB high-capacity diskette in a 320KB/360KB
       drive).
     o The diskette is not completely inserted in the drive or the drive door is open, or both.
     o The disk is not properly formatted.
     Action:  Refer to the "Responses" section. Select the response Retry first, and then select Abort.
   If you are using a purchased program, contact the representative you purchased it from.
 GETVIDEO - Could not determine Video - Reg 
     Cause:    QCONFIG.  The video mode could not be determined.
     Action:  Re-boot your system and try the command again.
