Ethernet adapter TRAP 00E error


PROBLEM - A PS/VP Ethernet adapter (P/N's 32G4134/6) may encounter TRAP 00D errors when using TCP/IP for OS/2. The errors usually occur as the CONFIG.SYS is initializing, and is only known to happen when a netware server is attached to the network.

Machines AFFECTED - All Valuepoint systems.

SOLUTION - There is a problem with the OS/2 NDIS drivers supplied with the PS/VP Ethernet adapters. A new driver will be made available on the IBM BBS. The driver should be dated later than 4/24/94.
