Unable to install Novell unix ware


PROBLEM - User is unable to install Novell UNIX Ware in hard disk of Valuepoint systems.

Systems AFFECTED - Valuepoint 6382, 6384, and 6387 systems.

SOLUTION - UNIX Ware is not supported on the 6382, 6384, and 6387. It is supported on the 6381. There is a problem on how unix ware reads the hardfile information in CMOS. UNIX Ware is aware of the problem and is working on a fix. At this time, there is no estimated data for a fix.
