When printing from within Wordperfect


PROBLEM - When printing from within Wordperfect, word for Windows, and the Windows editor, lines are skipped. Sometimes every 20-25 lines a line is skipped, other times every five. Non flat model device driver did not exhibit this problem. Sometimes only a portion of the line is printed, the top part of the line is truncated. Problem only occurs when using truetype fonts.

Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S, 6384/D, and 6387/T machines.

SOLUTION - Use of the Windows device driver level 2.2 solves this problem, it is available from the IBM BBS.

Additional Information - The preload image containing these drivers installed was sent to manufacturing on 1/19/94.
