System hang w/o mouse connected

PROBLEM - A system hang may occur if a mouse is not attached to the system when loading Windows 3.1.

Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S, 6384/D, and 6387/T's loading Windows 3.1 with no mouse attached.

SOLUTION - A Windows patch IBMKBFIX.386 is available to fix this problem. The patch can be obtained from the IBM BBS.
