A system hang during load buslogic adapter

PROBLEM - A system hang can occur during the loading of the buslogic adapter rom code. subsequently, On a reboot the Valuepoint system can generate 114 errors.

Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S, 6384/D, and 6387/T's with a Buslogic LB SCSI adapter installed.

SOLUTION - Buslogic can be contacted for a fix at 408-492-9090. the fast refresh pulse generated by the system board logic confuses the buslogic adapter. If an access to the adapter follows a refresh cycle, the adapter cannot respond in time and the system can fail.
