162/163 error during next power on


PROBLEM - 162/163 error will occur during the next power on cycle following booting of the Novell LAN requester.

Machines AFFECTED - All 6382/S, 6384/D, and 6387/T's running OS/2 version 1.3 and 2.x with Novell LAN requester.

SOLUTION - The proper version of the CLOCK01.SYS driver is required to fix this problem. this driver can be obtained from the IBM BBS. The name of the file is CLOCK01.SYS.
