 Check the AC Adapter output voltage as follows:
  1. Connect the one end of the power cord to the AC Adapter, and
     the other end to the working ac outlet.
  2. Measure the output voltage at he AC Adapter as shown:

 

 
 The voltage should read from +19.0 Vdc to +21.0 Vdc.
 IS THE VOLTAGE CORRECT ?

  Yes   No-+002| Replace the AC Adapter.
