Diskette drive removal

Note:

  1.  Read 'Safety information'.
  2.  See 'Preparing to install options' before removing or installing options.

 

To remove a diskette drive:
  1.  Remove the front bezel. See 'Removing the front bezel' for instructions.
  2.  Disconnect all cables.
  3.  Squeeze latch -1-on bottom of drive inward to release the diskette drive -2-.
  4.  Pull diskette drive out of the server chassis.
  5.  Reverse the procedure to install a diskette drive.
