Accessing server programs - (NF 8500R - Type 8681)

Accessing server programs: After you start the server, several prompts appear on the IBM logo screen.

To access the Configuration/Setup Utility program, press F1 when the prompt Press F1 for Configuration/Setup appears.

To access the Diagnostic Utility program, press F2 when the prompt Press F2 for Diagnostics appears.
For information on running the diagnostics programs, see 'Diagnostic programs'.
To access the utility programs in the System Partition, press Alt+F1 when the prompt Press Alt+F1 for System Partition Boot appears. See 'Using the System Partition' for additional information.

The IBM logo screen is similar to the following illustration.
