Diagnostic Off-Line Mode

•  Autoloader Mode

Use the diagnostic off-line mode to perform diagnostic tests or exercises on the tape library.
In this mode the RS-232 port is active and SCSI communication with the host is not enabled.
Enter the diagnostic off-line mode by selecting DIAG OFFLINE from the operator panel.
The tape library exits the diagnostic off-line mode when another mode is selected from the operator panel or after remote diagnostics are finished and turned off.
