Neither The Complete PC nor any of it's employees assume any responsibility for consequences resulting from the use of the following information nor can the Complete PC technical support provide help with this document. The user of said information does so at his or her own risk. When using the Outgoing Message feature in the Complete Answering Machine, the System Administrator has 3 options for getting a response to that Outgoing Message. This can be set in the Outgoing Messages Mode. If you choose Return Receipt, N and Record Response, Y, your recipient will hear the CAM lady say "Please begin speaking at the tone, touch * to stop" at the end of your Outgoing Message. If you choose Return Receipt, Y and Record Response N, the recipient will hear "Press # if you understand this message, 7 to repeat this message". If the recipient presses #, a new message comes back to the originating mailbox. The new message contains voice from the CAM lady confirming delivery to the number with the date and time stamp included. The recipient does not record any new message to you. If you choose Return Receipt Y, Record Response Y, your callers will have to press touch-tone 9 to leave a message.
