UMBFILL

UMBFILL grabs all free UMBs. That's all. 

Windows 9x/ME grab all remaining UMBs and use it as normal RAM.

This may slow down your machine if the UMBs are not cacheable or
crash it if ISA DMA does't work within the UMBs.


Do not load high UMBFILL! This doesn't work!
