IBM DOS 1.10 is one of the oldest operating systems available for the PC; copies of it have all but disappeared. I was able to rescue this copy from the original 5.25" 160k floppy disk. The disk is 17 years old and has no bad sectors! The only way to use IBM DOS 1.10 is with a 5.25" drive, because it doesn't support 3.5" drives, hard drives, or even directories! For me, the biggest highlight in this OS is a small BASIC game called DONKEY. DONKEY was written by Bill Gates and Neil Konzen, and is an excellent example of how desperate IBM was to make DOS more attractive. Tested on: Pentium 200MMX w/80MB RAM
