Fixes in this Package:

The universal filter update fixes a problem with the location of the data structure within the universal filter. Because this was mislocated, some filters would be seen as null; no filtering at all would take place.

The update fixes this problem, but imposes a limit of 10 filter definitions and 10 combination terms.
