1. | In your 3-D session, select an object to copy (a plate, opening, or stiffener). | |

2. | To copy and paste an opening to
another plate: Copy the opening. Select the other plate and Paste. The new opening is placed on the other plate. |

3. | To copy and paste a stiffener to
another plate: Copy the stiffener. Select the other plate and Paste. The new stiffener is placed on the other plate. |

To copy and paste a stiffener to the same plate: Copy the stiffener. Select a new support for the copied stiffener by selecting a plane in the 3-D session. Paste the stiffener. The new stiffener is placed on the selected support plane. |

4. | To copy and paste a plate: Copy the plate. Select a new support for the copied plate by selecting a plane in the 3-D session. Paste the plate. The new plate is placed on the selected support plane. |

By selecting Copy, selecting a plane in the 3-D session, and then selecting Paste, a copy of the original plate with the stiffeners and openings is placed on the selected support plane. Additionally, slots and endcuts are preserved where possible. |
