Linking New Activities

This task shows you how to create links between new and existing activities.

  1. Click Open PERT Chart .

  1. Select the Process process.

    The Process PERT Chart window is opened. It displays process activities and their links.

  1. Right-click the link between Release.1 and Stop.1 and select the Delete command from the contextual menu.

    The link is deleted.

  1. Drag and drop POSITIONING.2, FASTENING.4, RELEASE.2 and Stop.1 activities.

     

  1. Click Link between activities .

  1. Select, in the following order, the Release.1, POSITIONING.2, FASTENING.4, RELEASE.2 and Stop.1 activities.

    New activities are linked.

  1. Close the Process PERT Chart window.

    New activities are linked in the specification tree too.
