Creating a 3D Conference


You can create a 3D conference to interactively review a digital mockup.  Note that the other meeting tools are not available in a 3D conference.

  1. In the Community dialog box, right-click the group or the person that you wish to constitute the initial invitation list to your meeting.
    The Invite others to a meeting dialog box appears.

  1. To remove users from the Invitees list, select the users in the list and click the Remove button.
    The designated users are removed from the Invitees list.

  2. To add uses to the Invitees list, click the Add button.
    The Add users dialog box appears and is used in the same manner as for adding users to a group. See Adding Users to a Group.

  3. Click OK to create the 3D Conference.
    The 3D Conference is created.

You can also create a 3D Conference by clicking the 3D Conference icon in the Meetings toolbar.
Chat, Screen sharing, Whiteboard, Audio and Video are not available tools for a 3D Conference. The Secure meeting option is also not applicable to a 3D Conference.
