Declaring Your Availability Status


When you log onto Instant Collaboration, you declare your availability status so that other users can eventually interact with you if they so desire.

By default, your availability status when you log on will be I'm Active.

  1. In the Community dialog box, click the User Status selection button and choose the desired availability status from the proposed list:

  • I'm active
  • I'm away
  • Do not disturb me

Your availability status is changed accordingly.
For all other connected users viewing groups in which you appear, your new availability status will be immediately visible.
