Declaring your Availability Status

When you log onto Instant Collaboration, you declare your availability status so that other users can eventually interact with you if they so desire.

By default, your availability status when you log on will be I'm Active.

  1. In the Community dialog box, click the User Status selection button and choose the desired availability status from the proposed list:

  • I'm active
  • Do not disturb me

Your availability status is changed accordingly.

If you changed your status from to , your name will be removed from the Community dialog box of all connected users.

If you changed your status from  to , your name will be added to the Community dialog box of all connected users who currently belong to the same group as you.
