Creating a New Document for a Different Workbench

This task explains how to create a new document and activate the corresponding workbench.

  1. Click the Product document in the specification tree to activate the product structure workbench.

    Note that the document color is blue in the tree.

  1. Select the workbench using the Start menu, the Welcome dialog box or from the list accessed by right-clicking the current workbench icon. For example, if you select the Part Design workbench, a new Part Design document is created in a separate window, and the Part Design workbench is activated:
