RS/6000 systems may require action -- the installation of firmware or operating system updates -- to assure Year 2000 readiness. If you have not already done so, we urge you to confirm the Year 2000 readiness status of your RS/6000 hardware and AIX operating system and take the appropriate actions to make your systems Year 2000 ready.
