 This note contains change notification and answers to common questions 
 about the AIX tips and hints which are located on cia:/u/hsim/other 
 and copied to AFS, 4FAX, mosaic, and other locations.

 NOTES AND ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

 1.  Correction to 12/13/94 notice:  The outside-U.S. phone number for
     4FAX is

        415-855-4FAX  (must be dialed from a fax-machine phone)

 2.  Due to requests by analysts and customers, I have added the 4FAX 
     document number for each document to the END OF DOCUMENT line within 
     that document.  This has been done for all the documents except
     those with a change in progress.

 FAX CHANGES, ADDITIONS, DELETIONS

 1.  No faxes were deleted or pulled.

 2.  The following faxes have been ADDED to cia and other locations:
